How do I issue complimentary tickets?
Issuing tickets for your VIPs, Staff or Volunteers? You're in the right place!
Simply follow the steps below:
- Go to "Events" from the top menu bar and click into the event you want to add guests to;
- From the left menu, click “Orders/Refunds >> Orders”;
- Click the “New Manual Order” button on the right side of the page;
- If your event has multiple recurring dates/sessions, make sure you have selected the right date/session for your order from the dropdown menu at the top, like so:
- Go to the ticket you want to issue, enter "Quantity", “Amount Paid” and select "Payment Method" (please note that this is only for your reference as our platform won't process any payments for any manual order)
- Enter the Customers Details to issue new tickets.
Please note: tickets manually allocated will override ticket and event capacities. What are ticket and event capacities?
