Why have my ticket sales ended?

By default, ticket sales end as soon as your event ends (based on the end date you have set for your event or a recurring date of your event)

If your ticket sales have ended unexpectedly, it's likely that you have inadvertently set up a sales period for your ticket type(s), to change this:

  1. Go to "Events" and select your event from the list;
  2. Click "Tickets >> Ticket Types";
  3. Click the settings button next to the ticket type whose sales have ended;
  4. Clear all the "Ticket sales start/end" fields
  5. Hit "Save" and everything should be back to normal now :)
