Why have my ticket sales ended?
By default, ticket sales end as soon as your event ends (based on the end date you have set for your event or a recurring date of your event)
If your ticket sales have ended unexpectedly, it's likely that you have inadvertently set up a sales period for your ticket type(s), to change this:
- Go to "Events" and select your event from the list;
- Click "Tickets >> Ticket Types";
- Click the
settings button
next to the ticket type whose sales have ended; - Clear all the "Ticket sales start/end" fields
- Hit "Save" and everything should be back to normal now :)
