I want a refund

Before you request a refund, please double check your event's refund policy as each event host may have different refund policies set out. You can find this information on the event page.

Contact your event host

If you are eligible for a refund, contact the event organiser to request a refund. In the "Contact Organiser" page, you will see it as one of the options in the dropdown menu. How do I contact my event organiser?

You will receive a refund confirmation email once it's been processed. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be cleared and land in your bank account/credit card.

I can't reach my event host...
