I am no longer attending my event. How can I request a refund?
Before you request a refund, please double check your event's refund policy as each event organiser may have different refund policies set out. You can find this information on the event page.
Contacting Your Event Organiser
If you are eligible for a refund, contact the event organiser to request refund. You can contact them here or by heading to the event page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking “Contact Organiser”.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once it's been processed. However, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be cleared and land in your bank account/credit card.
