Ticket groups allow you to effectively group similar ticket types making the checkout process as easy as possible for your customers.
Having initially setup your tickets within the ‘Ticket Types’ tab, simply head to “Ticket Groups” within “Tickets” and click “Create Group”. You can then apply the ticket types to their respective groupings.
Ticket types will now appear in a dropdown-style format on your event ticketing page.
Note: This feature is incredibly helpful if running an event with a significant number of tickets that would otherwise confuse purchasers navigating through ticket options.
