Switching on ticket sales notifications

Yes, absolutely!

Simply do this:

  1. Head to "Events" and select the event in question;
  2. From the left menu bar, go to "Advanced >> Settings" once you are inside your event;
  3. Toggle ON "BCC Order Emails";
  4. Hit "Save".

Now you will receive an email for each order that has come through.

You can add more than 1 recipient to the BCC list. To do so, simply head over to "Basic Information".

You can also turn this on for your account so all your future events will have this default setting applied. To do so, simply go to "Account > My account > Default settings" and toggle on the same option.
