My attendees can't find their tickets. What can I do?
1. Check if they have entered the correct email address
Simply follow the steps below:
- Head over to
Reports >> Orders
from the top menu bar; - Locate the order by searching for the Order ID, Name, or Email;
- Click the Order ID and you will see their contact details;
- If you need to edit the order details, simply click "Actions >> Edit", update their details and hit "Save".
2. If their email address is correct, resend the tickets
Simply follow the steps below:
- Head over to
Reports >> Orders
from the top menu bar; - Locate the order by searching for the Order ID, Name, or Email;
- Click "Actions >> Resend Tickets".
If for some reasons they are still not receiving the tickets after resending, ask for an alternative email address to be resent to.
