How do I create a bundle deal?

Updated by Jeremy Tang

With Packaged Tickets and Automatic Discount, you can easily create bundles to boost your ticket sales.
You will need to set up some individual ticket types first before you can create any bundle. How do I create a ticket type?

Bundle Example 1 - Table of 10

Want to offer value packs but having trouble managing competing capacities between individual seats and tables? Setup your event with "Packaged Tickets" then sit back and relax!

To set this up, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Simply head to "Tickets >> Packaged Tickets" when you are in your event
  2. Click "+ New Package" and begin populating the package name, price, ticket types and number of tickets that will be included in each package
  3. If you'd like to include different ticket types in the bundle, click "Add Ticket Type" and follow Step 2 above.
Pro Tip: other example of using Packaged Tickets - multi-day pass, festival packages (entry + camping), family bundles (Adults + Children) and more. This function ensures that for every ticket sold within the package, adequate capacity is accounted for within each ticket type created. This helps prevent overbooking!
  1. Hit "Save" when you have finished setting up.

Bundle Example 2 - Get 10% off for group booking of 4 single tickets or more

It's never been easier to set up a bulk deal than now - introducing Automatic Discounts

To set this up, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Simply head to "Promote >> Discounts >> Automatic Discount" when you are in your event
  2. Click "Create Automatic Discount"
  3. Now let's set up the trigger for your discount. Firstly type in the name for your bulk deal - for example "10% off for purchase of 4 and more"
  4. Make sure you have selected "What is purchased"
  5. Put in the individual ticket type as well as the quantity needed to qualify for the deal
  6. Finish by entering the discount details, such as:
    1. How much % or $ is the discount? In this example, we will put "10%"
    2. Leave "Applies to" blank if this discount applies to the entire order (including other tickets selected); or
    3. Select the ticket types this discount will apply to, which means the other tickets in the same transaction won't enjoy the discount
    4. In "Quantity", put in the number of times this discount can be used (per ticket) in total
    5. In "Maximum Use per Order", put in the number of times this discount can be used (per ticket) in a single order
  7. Hit "Save".

Bundle Example 3 - Get $100 off for orders over $1000

Similar to the example above, simply follow the steps below to set it up:

  1. Simply head to "Promote >> Discounts >> Automatic Discount" when you are in your event
  2. Click "Create Automatic Discount"
  3. Now let's set up the trigger for your discount - first type in the name for your bulk deal - for example "$100 off for orders over $1k"
  4. Make sure you have selected "Value of order"
  5. In "Amount", enter the threshold amount to qualify for the deal - in this example we will put "1000"
  6. Then follow Step 6 from the Example 2
  7. Hit "Save".
