Please contact us at admin@humanitix.com.au to confirm first before you raise a dispute with your credit card issuer/bank.
To help us find the records for your purchase more quickly, please include the following in the email:
- The exact amount that was charged;
- The date on which the transaction happened;
- Your full name and email address;
- If it's on a corporate card, please also provide the organisation name and email.
