I don’t recognise a credit card charge from Humanitix

Please contact us at accounts@humanitix.com to confirm first before you raise a dispute with your credit card issuer/bank.

To help us find the records for your purchase more quickly, please include the following in the email:

  1. The exact amount that was charged;
  2. The date on which the transaction happened;
  3. Your full name and email address;
  4. If it's on a corporate card, please also provide the organisation name and email.
