Can I delete my events?
If your event has NOT sold any tickets...
This means there is no order successfully processed - you can check this by going to "Orders / refunds >> Orders" from the side menu bar. There should be no record here.
In this case, yes - you can delete your event. To do so, simply head over to the "Actions" dropdown at the top and click "Delete Event".
If your event has sold a ticket...
This means there is any order successfully processed, even just one - you can check this by going to "Orders / refunds >> Orders" from the side menu bar.
Then unfortunately, you won't be able to delete your event as we are required to retain all transaction history due to auditing purposes.
